SMS Terms & Conditions

How LEADSPILOTS LLC handles SMS communications — consent, frequency, opt-out, and your rights.

1. SMS Consent & Privacy

The information obtained as part of the SMS consent process, including phone numbers, SMS opt-in choices, and text messaging consent records, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data is kept confidential and used only to deliver communications requested by the user.

Service providers that support SMS delivery may process information only as needed to transmit messages you have consented to receive and must protect that information under applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from LEADSPILOTS LLC, you may receive messages related to:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Lead delivery notifications and warm transfer alerts
  • Follow-up messages related to your active service plan
  • Billing inquiries and payment confirmations
  • Onboarding instructions and account setup updates
  • Support responses to your inquiries

Example: "Hello [Name], this is Leads Pilots confirming your warm lead transfer scheduled for today at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages."

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and your active service plan. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per day related to your leads, appointments, or account status during active campaign periods.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if messages are sent domestically or internationally. LEADSPILOTS LLC is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from LEADSPILOTS LLC in the following ways:

  • By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact or onboarding form
  • By checking the SMS consent checkbox on a plan agreement form
  • By providing written consent through a Calendly, intake, onboarding, or support workflow

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You may decline SMS communications and still receive service via email.

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from LEADSPILOTS LLC at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us
  • Emailing Info@leadspilots.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
  • Contacting your dedicated account manager directly

Upon receipt of a STOP request, we will confirm your opt-out via a final SMS and cease all further SMS communications. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START to our number.

7. Help

If you are experiencing any issues with SMS communications, you can:

  • Reply HELP to any SMS message you receive from us for immediate assistance instructions
  • Email Info@leadspilots.com

  • Visit our Contact page

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our onboarding forms.

9. LEADSPILOTS LLC Messaging Terms & Conditions

You agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from LEADSPILOTS LLC, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Msg & Data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. LEADSPILOTS LLC reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. LEADSPILOTS LLC also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. LEADSPILOTS LLC, its service providers, and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are able to deliver messages to the following mobile phone carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, and other major national and regional carriers.

Cancellation

Text the keywords STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to cancel. After texting one of these keywords you will receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include these keyword commands.

Text the keyword HELP to return customer care contact information.

Other Terms

These Messaging Terms & Conditions are a part of and subject to our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. By participating in our text message program, you agree to our Terms Documents. To the extent that a conflict exists between these Messaging Terms & Conditions and our Terms of Use, these Messaging Terms & Conditions will control.
