Team/Brokerage Package

Please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. Your signature below constitutes a binding contract between you and LEADSPILOTS LLC.

1. Scope of Services

LEADSPILOTS LLC ("Company," "we," "us") agrees to provide package-based lead generation and marketing support services to the Client, with the goal of delivering qualified, interested, and exclusive real estate leads tailored to the Client's target market.

2. Payment Terms

The Client shall pay $1599 for the Team/Brokerage Package, payable upfront upon signing this Agreement. All payments are processed through our secure, PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store or directly handle cardholder data. Payments are accepted only under the official business name LEADSPILOTS LLC.

3. Lead Delivery

The Company will deliver 60 Qualified Leads and 30 Warm Introductions (Live Call Transfer) during the active campaign term established at onboarding.

Each lead must meet all of the following criteria to be deemed qualified:

  • Located within 3 counties and up to 10 zip codes selected by the Client during onboarding.
  • Verified through LandGlide parcel data and supporting public ownership records where available.
  • Expresses a real estate buying or selling interest during the campaign qualification process.
  • Is the legal owner, buyer prospect, seller prospect, or an authorized decision-maker where applicable.
  • Has given verifiable consent to be contacted by the Client or Company.
  • Has been scrubbed against applicable Do Not Call (DNC) and duplicate checks before delivery where required.

Lead replacement applies only when it is included in the selected package. Where lead replacement is included, a lead found to be invalid, genuinely uninterested, or unreachable after documented attempts may be reviewed for replacement if the Client submits written feedback within 5 business days of delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must complete onboarding within 3 business days of signing.
  • The Client is responsible for timely follow-up and engagement with each delivered lead.
  • The Client must maintain active communication with Leads Pilots and provide timely feedback on lead quality.
  • The Client must conduct all outreach lawfully and in compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, DNC, fair housing, licensing, and applicable state laws.
  • The Client must be available for scheduled warm transfers when warm introductions are included in the selected package.

5. Refund & Dispute Policy

Before work begins: If the Client has paid and the Company has not commenced work, the Client may request a full refund.

In progress: If work has begun and the Company fails to deliver the package lead count, and the Client has fulfilled all Client Responsibilities, the Client shall be entitled to a pro-rated refund or account credit for the undelivered portion, processed within 10 business days of written request.

Delivered services: Completed leads, introductions, warm transfers, setup work, and performed support sessions are non-refundable.

Dispute window: After 30 days from the date of this Agreement, the Client will no longer be eligible to request a refund or initiate a dispute for work already commenced or completed.

To request a refund, email Info@leadspilots.com with your invoice number, package name, service dates, and a brief summary.

7. Agreement Duration

This Agreement shall remain valid for 2 years from completed onboarding. Services not delivered due to Client non-compliance, delayed onboarding, non-availability, or unavailable territory inputs are not eligible for refund unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Holiday Observance

LEADSPILOTS LLC observes national public holidays in the United States. Support and services may be delayed or paused on these days, with timelines adjusted accordingly.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or non-public information, including lead data, outreach strategy, account details, and campaign materials shared during this Agreement.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LEADSPILOTS LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes including listings, closings, revenue, commissions, or business results. The Company's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under this Agreement.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements related to the subject matter herein. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Electronic Signature

By typing your full legal name below and submitting this form, you agree that this constitutes your electronic signature and that you are legally bound by the terms of this Agreement.
